THE PILOT PARTY CONGRESS OF THE FACULTY OF PUBLIC MANAGEMENT – REAL ESTATE TERM 2025–2027

On the afternoon of February 27, 2025, the Party cell of the Faculty of Public Management – Real Estate, under the Party Committee of the University of Finance – Marketing, held its Party Congress for the 2025–2027 term. This congress served as a pilot model for drawing experience and setting direction for other Party cells under the university’s Party Committee in the near future.

Attending the congress were Comrade Hồ Thủy Tiên – Party Committee Secretary of the university – along with members of the Party Committee, representatives from other Party cells, and all Party members of the Faculty’s Party cell. The congress reviewed the achievements of the previous term, assessed results attained, identified limitations to be addressed, and set out orientations and tasks for the new term.

In her directive speech at the Congress, Comrade Hồ Thủy Tiên acknowledged the Party cell’s positive contributions to Party building, the enhancement of teaching quality, scientific research, and staff development. She also emphasized the key tasks for the upcoming term, particularly the continued promotion of the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members in professional activities and mass movements.

The Congress elected a new Party Committee for the 2025–2027 term in a spirit of democracy and responsibility. As a result, Comrade Nguyễn Thanh Nhã was elected as the Party Cell Secretary. Together with the newly elected committee members, he will continue to lead the Party cell in fulfilling its political missions in the coming term.

The Party Congress of the Faculty of Public Management – Real Estate concluded successfully, laying an important foundation for other Party cells within the university’s Party Committee to hold their congresses as planned.
